How to do digital transformation in a down-to-earth manner

Many people have questions: What is the difference between the management and business methods of enterprises after digital transformation and the past? What do we mean by digitization?
First, digitization is divided into three levels.
The first level is digital transformation. Refers to the form in which a large amount of information is transformed into digital representation.
The second level is digital upgrade. In a digital economy and industry, the key to capturing people is to conform to the characteristics of the digital age. Digitization means that a series of behaviors have changed in the digital environment, human behaviors have changed, organizational behaviors have changed, and agency behaviors have changed.
The third level is digital transformation. After digitalization and digital transformation, people’s lives have entered digitalization. How to form a new way of working in this new ecology? How to seize new job opportunities? How to innovate the working model? We need to consider the differences in practices and work in the digital age?
Generally speaking, leaders and entrepreneurs have a strong sense of subjectivity. The sense of subjectivity refers to the willingness, ability, and performance of work. It is difficult to avoid “we recognize”, “raise awareness” and “strengthen capabilities” when writing work reports. But digitization is different. You can know what you have done without reading the report. This is “objectification”.
In addition to the actual “self”, everyone has a “digital” twin that exists in information technology. For example, the information of each person found from Baidu is objectified, and others can know and understand you from your digital twin. In addition, objectification means that today it is necessary to “leave traces” digitally. At work, you have to prove that your will can be transformed into ability, that ability is executable, and your performance is supported by more trace data. This is the process of digitization.
We have been making progress in the digitization of information. Whether it is a system or a platform, it is a basic platform for digitization and digital tracking. The problem is that there are too many platforms and the depth of digitization is not enough. So now we not only require the “marks” of the system and platform, but also the “marks of multiple sources.”
The first point is to be accessible. Different systems should present accessible content and make information public. There are a lot of data and news in the public sector that are not public, and adjustments should be made in this regard.
The second point is schedulable. There is no collaboration between large systems, and a lot of information cannot be shared. In order to solve the problem, at least the data must be able to be dispatched.
The third point is accessibility. Data can be retrieved automatically according to a certain authority, not according to the personal will of the leader. For example, the current business environment involves more than 180 indicators in 36 departments. The problem is that these indicators already have data and can be directly retrieved. However, in order to serve the “subjectivity” of some leaders, not only does it require many more processes, They also confuse each other with fake data.
The fourth point is that it can be penetrated. You can discover a lot of new things by fusing the retrieved data with the system data. The magic of digitization is that when you achieve limited digital integration and limited applications, it will far exceed the original thinking mode and thinking radius. Of course, the best situation is to achieve interoperability. “One network management” is to better achieve interoperability in the future. By then, the system data that everyone has built for a long time can be put into good use.
By accomplishing this, the optimization spiral of digital governance can be achieved. Whether it is grassroots management work to solve a certain problem or elite actions, some platforms can now integrate data, optimize, and form intelligent decision-making, and then track management actions throughout the chain. This exploration is a very new field. I hope that in the future, there will be more digital solutions and resources that work together to promote digital transformation, and have efficient breakthroughs in the formation of the nucleus of the brain and the digitalization of the overall behavioral model.
