Scrambled eggs are a breakfast classic, but do you know how to prepare them correctly? It’s not enough to beat eggs and cook them in a frying pan, there are a few tricks you should know to obtain fluffy, tasty and nutritious scrambled eggs.
First, choose good quality eggs, preferably organic or free-range. Eggs are an excellent source of protein, vitamins and minerals, but their nutritional quality also depends on that of the chicken feed.
