  In order to promote employees’ exercise, our unit union organized a swimming team. The unit does not have a swimming pool, so I have to walk for more than ten minutes to swim in the unit next door. It’s okay in summer. In winter, there is northwest wind and heavy snow. It is really a bit courage to go swimming in an old cotton jacket. Two years later, there will be three or four of us on the swimming team. To be honest, if it were not for those two colleagues, I would have given up long ago.
  Through exercise practice, I found that there are many benefits to exercise together.
  One is safety. On weekends, climbing mountains can always meet many elderly people, most of them in groups, and some “single children”, which is actually quite unsafe. There have been several reports in the newspaper that the old man who was walking alone has lost. There are also elderly people who fall down in the mountains or have sudden illnesses, and they cannot ask for help without a mobile phone signal. This is very dangerous. It’s better if you have company, at least someone reports a letter, someone helps, and medicine is available.
  The second is to persist. Exercising depends on persistence. Even if it is walking, persistence for a few years will always be effective. It’s not the same if you have a company to exercise alone. Every Friday at noon at the appointed time, the phone call from my companion came. I couldn’t say “tired, lazy, and don’t want to move”, so I had to take my swimsuit and follow along. When I get into the water, the cold water feels particularly good when touching my skin. After swimming 1000 meters, take a hot bath, and feel good, sleep soundly at night, and feel comfortable.
  The third is to learn from each other and improve the level. I can swim breaststroke, and later learned to swim freely with my colleagues. For skating, friends who go there will be very patient to teach some tricks. Mountain climbing is a good opportunity for communication, such as method, speed, equipment, etc. If you encounter a companion who likes photography, there will be more topics. After climbing to the top of the mountain, I found that “the infinite scenery is on the dangerous peak”.
  Fourth, I met new friends. Physical exercise is sometimes quite boring. Running, climbing, and playing ball will become annoying after a long time. It is different if you have a partner. New friends are always joining, and the circle of friends is constantly expanding. It would be better if you like to write something. Everyone has many stories, which are “inexhaustible material”.
  The fifth is energy saving and environmental protection. It is now advocating low-carbon living and traveling in groups, which is not only energy-saving and environmentally friendly but also economical. Now that the price of oil is expensive, even the cost of oil can also reduce sports costs.

  Ai Fen reminds that clinical hypokalemia patients are mostly related to strenuous exercise and excessive sweating without timely hydration. You should pay attention to timely replenishment of water during exercise, and use a small amount of water for several times. Light salt water is best; you can also drink some sports drinks containing sodium and potassium, but be careful not to be too sweet to avoid rapid increase in blood sugar and reduce blood potassium. Seek medical attention if symptoms of hypokalemia occur.
