Quantitative detection kit for cardiac troponin (cTnI) (fluorescence immunochromatography)

Troponin is composed of troponin I, T and C subunits, which together with tropomyosin regulate the interaction between actin and myosin by regulating the activity of Ca2++on rhabdomyosin ATP enzyme. After myocardial injury, the cardiac troponin complex is released into the blood and starts to rise in the blood after 4-6 hours. The elevated troponin I can be maintained in the blood for 6-10 days, providing a longer detection period. Cardiac troponin I(cTnI) has high myocardial specificity and sensitivity, so it has become an ideal marker of myocardial infarction.

Serum amyloid A(SAA) quantitative detection kit (fluorescence immunochromatography)

SAA and C-reactive protein (CRP) can be used to understand the degree of acute phase reaction.
